I almost got fooled. I have everything but RE2, RE3 and Village, and they can be purchased separately for less than the bundle value.

its a good bune for soemone how doesnt have RE2 and 3 remake + RE8 since those 3 games on sale are 40$

I owned RE7, RE8, RE2, RE3 and I have no idea why people cry that it's too expensive, paying 9β¬ for 6 old school RE games, especially when RE5 comes in Gold edition with all DLCs and Revelations 2 comes in Deluxe with all DLCs.
You can't get them separately for less than 15-20β¬ probably so I have no idea what's the deal, they might have been cheaper in a bundle some time ago, but it's still an amazing deal, if you are a collector or you want to remember the good old times, it's an amazing deal in my opinion... also, inflation is still a thing so it might be a bit expensive than it was before, but that doesn't change the fact that it's worth it, at least the T2 and T3...
T1 is a bit meh, T4 is just too expensive compared to HL on RE: Village, I bought it on Fanatical few months ago for 9β¬ and now it's also possible to get it around that price from other sites, now they basically want for it 13β¬ for it so it's a really good deal, but I think that the middle tiers are amazing.
EDIT: I bought the RE2 and RE3 Remake bundle on Steam, in November 2022 for 15β¬ so I am very sad about it because I could have gotten it now for 18β¬ with all those great games also, but who would have know right.

Tier 4 is too expensive. That game has been significantly cheaper already.
Tier 1 & 2: I own all but the DLC for RE5 (from a previous incomplete bundle)
Tier 3: Is barely cost justifiable at basically $5 a game (I don't have) if I want to complete my RE collection, excluding Evil Villiage.
I deem this: Annoying incomplete HB RE Remix but still a worthy consideration for new collectors of the series.

Tier 3 is probably the best deal, for that price you can get only like RE2, RE3 and RE7... in this bundle you will get that + all the other old school RE games, if you are a collector or wanna play the older ones as well, you should definitely go for tier 3, but if you don't want to spend that much or don't want to play any of the older games, I probably wouldn't go for it then, but price wise, it's an amazing deal imo, especially the T3.

If you look at all kinds of different sites which sell retail keys like HRK or Eneba, with all the fees you would probably pay around 16-18β¬ for just RE2, RE3 and RE7 so getting these 3 + all the other games, especially when RE5 is Gold and RER2 is Deluxe, for 18β¬ is a must buy.
Not even a year ago, I bout RE2 and RE3 Remakes for 15β¬ on Steam, if I knew that a bundle like this would be a thing I would probably just wait :/

Not directly, but I am told that you might be able to upgrade if you contact Humble Bundle support so that they manually upgrade it for you and you'll be charged the difference in price.

Your message reads as you having bought T2 and are now looking to update to T3, which is by default restricted for this bundle. You didn't specify that you want to buy a brand new bundle (T3) in addition to what you already bought. I can't tell you if it works, but for you it takes only one try to have the answer. Some bundles allow multiple purchases per account, others not. But keep in mind that there are already several games out of stock and a new purchase will not receive them now (perhaps they will be restocked in the future, although with Humble this is very uncertain).
