The gift link notification is often misleading. It doesn't necessarily mean that the key you receive is not redeemable in those countries. Most often it means that those countries will receive a region lock key of sorts, or nothing at all.
That's why I try to list all the subs on the thread, since the information presented here is much more accurate (especially when it's confirmed) than what Humble Bundle makes you believe you receive.
So, looking at the sub listed here https://steamdb.info/sub/84647/info/ you see that there are no regional restrictions. It's redeemable everywhere regardless of what Humble Bundle shows you through their notification.
Only RU/CIS and Brazil receive a region locked key.

I don't think I've seen a key that can be redeemed in USA but not in Canada, they're usually caught in the same region locks (North America) and usually receive keys that can be redeemed worldwide. When USA / North America receives a region locked key, I make sure to mention this in the OP. So yes, you can disregard the gift link notifications most of the time. The OP will usually tell you this, but give it let's say 12h - 24h until this info gets compiled from users' reports, screenshots, what exists on SteamDB, what people newly index on SteamDB and overall publisher history. It's a pretty complex triangulation / pentagulation (is that even a thing?) process if you so want.

For both Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 6 you should be able to redeem any key that was NOT purchased in Germany (Germany receives a low violence version).
For Resident Evil Revelations 2 / Biohazard Revelations 2 Deluxe Edition you should be able to redeem any key, no matter where it's purchased from.
In other words, you can redeem for these three games any keys purchased in RU/CIS, Europe (with Germany exceptions mentioned above), North America, Oceania, even LATAM or SEA.

The 2024 version is a really good deal, it has more complete/gold editions than before.
If I'm not mistaken the bundle is missing from the series (Not counting Costume DLCs):
RE7 (Gold Edition upgrade), which is surprising,
