Well anybody who hasn't entered a giveaway will have 0.00 estimated wins. It's really whoever has entered the fewest and/or most popular giveaways

A GA for Bioshock Infinite with ~10k entries ended yesterday i think. Don't remember who created GA, but I'm pretty sure somebody won :). But there must have been GAs with more entries in the past

There was someone with 3600+ but ended winning something just a few days later after posting it :P

If you wanna know the luckiest mmmm... i would say that guy ABCDQ, registered 8 hours ago, entered 12 giveaways and won Bioshock Infinite :P (before release date)
