Turn on your barbeque to 500 degrees. Lightly salt and pepper your ANGUS, make sure to give it a nice massage to rub in the salt and pepper.

Next step is to open the barbeque and put your ANGUS in there. Shut the top and do not open for 5 minutes. I know it's tempting to take a look but it's important that it is cooked like so. After five minutes, open and flip for 2-3 minutes.

After that, your ANGUS is prepared to be CONSUMED!

That is exactly what I was hoping someone would post. Pretty much close to what I do with my meats before I cook them. Although I tend to grin extra big when I'm massaging the marinades in my meats!
