Because for the longest time that site wasn't working, lord knows when it started again. I remember when I originally got game there were posts as old as 5 months without any response. I actually had no idea it was working again and I imagine many had the same belief.

It's useless anyway, as most of the weapons.

Nothing new there.. the game itself points you to that page when you originally install.
