It's much more than that, it's a fantastic experience that i'll never forget, you just gotta look beyond what it apears to be and try to understand the dialogues.

It is the best walking simulator. Not so many games where you can just walk. Without that overpowered ability to touch anything. PS3 game "Journey" almost reached that level, but they gaved the ability to interact and failed.

Dear Esther is a great as to say art-house game. It has great soundtrack, it has beautiful sceneries, it has a bit of randomization and a bit of mystery. It's true that not everybody liked it and were expecting more. But as it was mentioned earlier there was (and is) an opportunity to download free mod version before buying commercial release.

This. I've played some pretty bad games in my time, but this was by the far the most terrible excuse for a 'complete' game. Ever.
I can't even begin to explain just how disgustingly bad it is.

dead island was so disappointing. it's so repetitive that towards the head i was just saying to myself "hurry up and be over"

really disapointed with dead island a friend bought it purely for the multiplayer so we could split screen coop (xbox) and then yeah can only play online multiplayer. didn't like the fact that the whole story still played out as if all 4 players are there as well or that there was no difference in the story depending on what you did

Aha true! I got both games and Terraria gets so boring after a while if you're playing on your own, playing with friends usually makes it better but once you get the best armour it gets boring because everything is too easy. :D

Bought it for $2.50. Was barely satisfied. I'd say I got about $3 worth of fun D=.

i like terraria (since i like all mine-build-and-make-weapons-games), played it through in 70 hours (i let myself my time) and will buy starbound, too

Even at the sale price I got it at its just not worth it. The game is repetitive, the classes are not balanced and then you have hosts who just sell your buildings so they can place their own and kick you if you complain.
