Can someone please tell me where this game is on special or in what bundle it is? A lot of peeps making a giveaway for the game. I would rather just buy it myself and be done with it

It was in Build a Bundle 31, recently got steam keys I guess.
Edit: I thought it was a new game, nevermind. I have no idea then.
