I got mine, seems they fixed it just now since others also got it

Saw this thread, remembered that pantaloon existed, went to check my email and click on the link, and immediately got my key.
So thanks for the reminder XD

Got the key now, too. Couldn't open the page for about 4 hours until now.

first key I have gotten from there, got it a few mins ago after someone alerted me it was working now.

will see if I can consistently get the games I want from it when they come around, if I can't will unbsub again.

i dont even get their emails about keys despite having random spam from them

I've gotten their keys when I remember to claim them day of, though yeah there was one case last month where they had to delay sending. I think it works pretty well considering what it is and also considering that Lenovo and Intel combined can't make much less frequent giveaways work properly.

Been getting my key for months now. He's always figuring out better ways to handle the load, but the load becomes bigger every month

when has this been mentioned before? first time i'm hearing about this service and searching didn't show any other pantaloon threads

I am just finding out about this site. Sad I missed this one, as Vampire Therapist looks awesome (going straight to my wishlist), but also it is surprising they are giving away for free such a highly rated game that just came out last year.

For those who have been subscribed to them for longer, what other games have they given away in the past?

I received mine earlier today. No problem at all opening the page or redeeming the key.

join their discord so you can get easy updates about the status of the keys and site. I've been claiming their keys since the start (through the puzzles and FCFS basis) and only last month they had big issues like this. There's also a discord ping when keys are about to be send ~30 minutes prior to the time

Hello, Pantaloon discord mod here.

Not going to lie, it's very scuffy, especially these past 2 months when I thought things were looking up. January had the wrong email go out to non-primo and caused many users to receive "keys have ran out error". Then a correction email. And then the actual key email, which got 404'ed almost immediately for half a day (or more?) for server strain with pantaloon trying to fix it. After the server issues were fixed, no follow up email was sent to email subscribers to notify them of the 404 issue being resolved. This month, same issue, massive server strain (which pantaloon did a lot of recoding so hope it doesn't happen again) and it was fixed 4 hours after the initial email went out and it's smooth sailing. There may still be keys when I'm posting this.

I'm hoping things get better since I don't like seeing things (key delivery and the puzzles) being scuffy and I have some hope based on some information pantaloon shared in mod chat. Not ideal but the best solution is to join the discord for announcements and tickets.

Just an aside, as someone that has knowledge looking through the tickets, most people that complain in the server and in tickets about not getting keys is down to user error (spam, not verifying interest, or missed the cut off) and any others that do have problems can join the discord and have the issue resolved.
