It has happened with some bundles (last one I remember was the Tycoon Simulator bundle a couple of weeks ago that dropped below first week's minimum in the second week), but I doubt this one is going to drop much again. You could always wait until it's about to expire and then decide which tier to buy.

By the way, if HB says "temporarily", just don't worry about it, they will get you a key.

That's a good question. Maybe no one sent a ticket to support because the game has been bundled before, according to isthereanydeal?
