I can recommend you the Etrian Odyssey series (turn based dungeon exploring jrpg), the Mario & Luigi series (trun based rpg with some action), Disgaea DS, Dragon Quest Monster Joker 1+2 (a better pokemon game), Ever Oasis, Dragonball Fusion (if you like Dragonball) the Legend of Zelda a Link between Worlds and the Golden Sun Trilogy

Don't know about hidden, but here are my top 3DS picks in addition to what you have:
Fire Emblem Awakening - the reason I bought a 3DS, and it did not disappoint. Fates is good too, but I thought Awakening was better.
Etrian Odyssey IV - easy difficulty is great for newcomers, and totally converted me to a series I didn't think I'd like. Untold is good too, but I'd start with IV.
Kirby Triple Deluxe - really fun, great use of 3D, and even made me laugh at one point.
Zero Escape - really good story / puzzle VN. You'll want to start with 999 for DS / PC though.
Shin Megami Tensei IV - brutally hard at the beginning, but worth pushing through for the setting and gameplay. Often described as Pokemon for adults, and that's not far off.
Kid Icarus Uprising - uncomfortable to hold for long periods, but a joy to play.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon - pure joy distilled into an action game.
Now for a hidden gem, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars is a legitimately good SRPG that you can pick up for dirt cheap on sale.

Aslo for my whitelist i made one of my favourite games of all time Resident Evil HD so check if you can enter. Since i want to give this game a good home any real RE fan who can prove that he played at least a few RE game through playtime and achivements and he/she is lvl2 + and no rule breaker ask to be whitelisted so you can enter

Finally a question for 3DS users, recently i bought one when i heard from a user in the foroums a while back that i can play Dragon quest 8 and its one of my fav games of all time . I got the new xl 3ds along with Dragon quest 8, Pokemon moon and Y and bravely default
I want to know if there are any hidden gems cause any top 10s i saw all have the same games plus 3-4 were mario games that i dont really like
I like rpgs turn based and action based and horror games. Anjd maybe adventure games as long as its not mario or too much kiddish If you can propose something please do
