Submitting Bundles

Users may not submit individual gift from any bundle. This includes either keys for activating the entire bundle, parts of the
bundle, or individual keys or giftable items/games. Please do not submit games from bundles while they are on sale to avoid
confusion. These giveaways are subject to immediate removal. Members may only submit unused, giftable links of the bundle.
Accounts that habitually violate this policy may be suspended until further notice.

Is it possible to remove the option to pick these individual games while the bundles are on sale? (On the "Create giveaway" page)

its not possible and its not a bad idea. But it would cause problems with people who legitimately give those games as steam gift able copies thats why its not done that way.

One of the problems is that many of the submitters don't even read the forum and won't see this. Heck, many of them probably haven't even read the FAQ and Rules
