need some help with setting up OBS

anybody from here livestreams on twitch through OBS?
can someone pls post pics of thier obs settings pls? I have 1mb/ps internet but having problems with streaming.
I have some unused keys from groupees bundle if someone is willing to help me with setting up obs.

yes already, but that won't solve my problem. it is just a basic guide. I need help from someone who uses this software to stream.

What do you mean you have a 1MB/s Internet connection? Download or upload? Shared speedtest result? What specific problem? I'll be glad to help you over TeamViewer/Skype if you'd like.

main problem is that I don't know which quality to choose, how much delay to enter so I just wanted some pics of the obs settings page so I can just copy them. My download speed is 1 mb/ps and upload speed is around 512 kb/ps

You're probably not going to need these as I've only changed a couple options to accommodate for twitch but here's my advanced settings: http://puu.sh/aXqqa/c5eb1c8f6d.png
as well as encoding settings: http://puu.sh/aXqsn/113dfd7a92.png

Note: In the encoding tab, if you're lagging heavily in games if you plan on playing on servers & streaming, change the max bit rate lower, maybe around 768 or 512.
