How long do you give someone to send you a contest you won? I finally won the coveted Fortix Yay for Me but he's been offline on steam for 12 days, and offline on SG for over a week with no email contact. I was way excited, now I'm just kinda meh. So what's the time frame? I understand life gets in the way but I also know you make a giveaway you kinda plan to end it at a time that's convenient for you :( Thanks in advance and everyone have a great day.

They have a total of 7 days to get the gift to you, if you don't get it within seven days, you can just mark it as not received.

GA maker has one week to send the gift, after it ends.
