My steamgifts account says I have Worms Reloaded on my Steam account even though I don't

I think it started with the free weekend but it still says I have it and I can't enter any giveaways because it says it already exists in my account. I've synced my account several times, the latest time just a few seconds ago. Is this a bug? Thanks!

Edit: so it seems the problem is that Steam keeps the game in the profile game list, even though it's no longer in the library and cannot be downloaded. This means that everyone who synced their account after the game appeared in the games list can't do anything about it until Steam removes it. I really hate myself for syncing. This is the game I want the most from my wishlist and there are so many giveaways not that it's on sale =(

In Europe, it ended yesterday. Maybe it ends on different times in different zones and that is the problem?

They say it ends at 1 PM PDT, so for us who use GMT / UTC it is UTC-7 > 9 PM GMT, but as usual it should be really finished at 7 PM GMT+1 as all Steam update are at that time.

Yes, but usually the real end is on the Monday. Or at least the entry in your library. It's always a bit buggy for those free WE.

sync it again, this weekend we could play worms reloaded for free, thus it was added to every account momentarily. It may haave happened that your account has synced with steamgifts during the weekend,and marks the game as owned until your next sync.

Thanks, but like I said, syncing won't help. My latest sync was just seconds ago.

Next time dont play the game that u want to win here... Its free for a few days but if u play it u cant join giveaways here... I think u have to wait 2 weeks..

Ah.. well.. last time I tried red orch 2 and I couldnt join giveaways after the free days were over, and this time I didnt play worms, and now I can join giveaways.. I see it doesnt work that way if u said u didnt play it..

Played or not, free weekends work like this: get game over the weekend, get it removed completely from the account after it ends. What you said is completely false

it happens the same to me, you dont need to play the game... if the accounts get synced, it acts like you have the game, even if you resync... so we have a problem here xD

it should get removed if you re-sync your account after it is removed from your library happened to me with sanctum

Yes, it's because of the Free Weekend. It usually glitches games just for the weekend, but apparently Valve made some changes how games with played time are "seen" on your account. We're looking into the issue.

Thanks, but what about games with no play time? I didn't play or even install Worms Reloaded, but it's in my Steam profile list of games, so it's still showing up here after I sync even though I don't have the game.

Edit: It's been about 7 hours since I posted, and the problem seems to be gone for me now. I don't see the game here anymore (I did sync again). I'm not sure who did what to fix things, but thanks!
