This is the Century edition, so if I redeem the key, I will receive the extra DLC's. In Steam Gifts it is not allowed to win a game you alredy got in your account, but if there is some additional content you can receive, then there is no problem entering: it is the giveaway's creator who decide if he want or not want to give the complete game to someone who alredy has the base game. This game has 23 DLC's I don't have, the cost of buying the DLC's is higher than buying the complete version, so someone who want to have the DLC's would need to buy the game again. That's why I've asked to enter ^^

Yes, you're right. The problem, in this case, is in humble bundle, that locks the redeem to a owner of the base game(at least in the account page). I don't know about redeem via gift page, but to avoid any problems i decided to not give it to a owner of the game.

You can still click reveal the Steam key even if the Reveal Steam key is greyed out on HB account (I assume this is what you mean by reedem lock).
I've done it plenty of times and activated packs that then gave me DLCs with no problem. So activating a game that shows as owned (greyed out) is completely fine, I even gifted keys this way instead of creating giftlinks.
I'll enter for the DLCs, if you are still so unsure or don't want to give the pack to someone who owns the base game feel free to reroll.
