I hope you enjoyed my previous two giveaways, planning more in summertime.
I have another question:
How much would a self-built desktop PC cost?
Good VGA, CPU, Motherboard, screens, case, fans etc.
EDIT
I see, I am planning on building a beast gaming rig for around 2600,
Any suggestions?:
Case Coolermaster RC-932-KKN1 HAF 932 NO PSU.
Power supply
Antec HCG-900 High Current Gamer Gaming PSU .
Hard drive
WD 3.5" Black 2TB WD2002FAEX SATA3 7200rpm HDD .
Optical drive LG Blu-Ray SATA Writer.
Keyboard and Mouse Logitech MK200 Media Desktop (KM+MS).
Monitor AOC 23.6" E2450swh 5ms HD HDMI DVI SPK LED Backlight LCD Monitor(need 2).
Software Microsoft MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit OEM .
Speakers Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Speakers.
Ram Kingston 4GB Kit(2Gx2) DDR3 1333 .
And for the important stuff
AsRock X79-Extreme9 Intel X79 2011/8xDDR3/SATA3/USB3/Glan/RAID ATX Motherboard .
Intel Core i7-3820 3.6Ghz LGA 2011 CPU No Heatsink .
Gigabyte 2GB GTX680 PCI-E VGA Card .
What am I doing right/wrong?
I am getting a person I know to help me, he is a self-employed IT.
Wow, thank you guys! I have tried to change the CPU into a lesser CPU due to price mostly. Also the graphics card was humongously priced, and so I reduced that one too. I don't think I need a 2TB HDD, I barely scrape the 750gb on my current pc.

Hmm...It depends on what kind of deals you get, but you should be able to build a good (but not cutting-edge) system for under $1000 if you build it yourself. $500 gaming rigs aren't unheard of.

Thank you very much bro.

I gave this advice yesterday to someone already:
Get yourself exactly 8GB of DDR3 Ram. Its kinda cheap at the moment in relation to the huge boost on performance you will get on games like BF3. Use 2 x 4 GB Kit (don't buy two single ones, a Kit gives you a higher chance of them being compatible with each other) and set up the necessary 64 Bit System. While playing BF3 you have to run Origin and your Browser for Battlelog as well, so I usually end up using ~ 6 GB of Ram during the game.
Think of your PC like a Bottle and with a powerful CPU and GPU as those you have chosen your RAM will highly limit it like a Bottle Neck.
tl,dr: Upgrading your Ram to 2 x 4 GB DDR3 Ram Kit (Maybe with Intel XMP Profile?) is highly recommended.
As for your HDD: Maybe get an extra SSD as a Boot Device where you install only a few programms who will actually profit from it (again: BF3 loading times reduce drastically). My recommendation here: Samsung SSD 830)

Dual channel ram DOES NOT improve performance in gaming.
Anyway,thanks for this giveaway! XD

Well, this is mostly correct, Dual Channel won't boost your gaming performance much (maybe not even noticeable) but it will boost your RAM in general. You never know what RAM intense stuff you are going to do and it doesn't hurt to have it ;)
I would always choose 2 x 4 GB instead of 1 x 8 GB while I would prefer 1 x 8 GB over 2 x 2 GB any time and therefore prefer 2 x 4 GB over 2 x 2 GB as well :p

My computer from scratch cost me roughly 800 CAD, not including mouse, keyboard, monitor (I already had those)

For around 2600? You might as well get an i7 extreme lmao, that's WAY more than enough to make a beast gaming rig. I hear AMD made a new series after the 6000 HD series, I believe the 7900 model would a nice graphics card, if you don't like AMD there's always the GTX 500-600 series. If I remember right the best graphics card you can get at the moment is the MARS II, or you can crossfire with AMD GPUs or SLI with NVidia GPUs. Good luck on that build.

You don't really need Windows Ultimate and you should stick with Retail unless you really know what you're doing with OEM. Like NurEin said, you should have at least 8GB RAM for gaming, using kits instead of individual sticks. And honestly, let's be real, when will you be writing to a Blu-Ray disc? And an SSD, as NurEin said, is optional and not necessary except for loading speeds, but since you're willing to spend so much I assume you don't really mind getting one. I would get a 64GB SSD and put your OS on it as well as very frequently run programs.
I honestly wouldn't pay more than $1000 for parts on a system. Parts for under that price are not the newest but are fairly good and can run all new games on high settings. My current build was $800 plus monitor, OS, keyboard, and mouse bringing it to $1350. I never ordered the keyboard apparently, though, so I don't have it. Here's a link to my build: computer
Also, thanks!

As for the computer, I think it's best to start with a budget (ideally, a $100 or so range) and ask what the best deals you can get for it are, rather than starting with expectations and asking how little you can pay. Because there's ALWAYS some upgrade you can make for just a little more money, and so on...and you end up paying far more than you expected.
Also, ask yourself how long you intend to own the computer, whether you will or won't be upgrading it in the future, and what you expect it to be able to do.
