Do the rules dictate that the entire collection would have to be given to the winner of this giveaway, or would the creator just take a hit/ get banned due to making a misleading giveaway?
I could also make a giveaway for Star Wars collection - currently valued at 92 euros, and say I'm only giving away Mysteries of the Sith, valued at 3 euros. What the hell?!?!? He is using this to cheat and quickly increase his contribution level.
The admins have confirmed they are aware of this, and it is acceptable to them [this is probably the 40th such giveaway posted].
I suggested to [the admins] that it would be better to use Revolutions ($10) which also contains the game, but they responded that this was the correct approach.
It's an issue with there not being any entry on steam for the game, and the admins preferring an incorrect price to an incorrect entry.
