Arma 2 is not shown as owned, but if you click on the link and see that you have Arma 2 DLCs , than you already have a version of Arma 2.
If not, than you can enter.

Okay something weird.. I do have an "Arma 2", "Arma 2: Free" and an "ARMA 2: Dedicated server" but none of those have a store page when I try to see what they are. I'm wondering if this was some old free version that was removed or just a different version all together that was removed and is different than the one with a Steam store page.
I'm going to reach out to some other support members and see if they can make some sense out of it.

That is the same for me. I actually have to look it up in my steam library to find it. Check if your Arma 2 has any of the above DLCs under "properties", if not feel, free to enter.
