if you go to http://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/giveaways you can set it up to hide giveaways you already own :L it's pretty cool so far, big fan of the wishlist giveaway filter

Was going to mention you can use the setting to hide but already mentioned so bringing up that in the giveaway list next to the giveaway names and right after the points required there are two icons, first is store and the second adds it to the filter.
