Please take a Moment to read.
The month of April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. In mid-December 2014, my friend's fiancé was diagnosed with two types of testicular cancer. Fortunately, they caught it early and after having surgery to remove the compromised testicle on December 26, 2014, he has since remained cancer-free, though he still needs to have CT scans and bloodwork done a couple times a year for the next few years to be sure.
My friend largely credits the Testicular Cancer Society website for helping them determine so early on that the issue was likely testicular cancer. The Testicular Cancer Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to raise awareness for the most common form of cancer in men age 15-35. They are dedicated to increasing awareness and education about the disease and providing support for fighters, survivors and caregivers.
Today and tomorrow, my friend will be holding her third annual charity stream on Twitch to help bring awareness and raise money for Testicular Cancer Awareness and the Testicular Cancer Society. It would be great if you could stop by! There will be TONS of awesome giveaways, including Steam giftcards, games and more! Beginning at 9 am EST and running until 9 pm EST both days, she will be playing some awesome multiplayer games, hanging out, and celebrating.
As long as this giveaway is running, the stream should also be - so please check out https://www.twitch.tv/kintinue and have some fun with our Twitch community in support of a good cause. Also if you go, could you do me a small favor and type "/me slow stoner raid" into the chat? That will help me gage how many people this giveaway brought to the stream and determine if I should do the same thing tomorrow or maybe try a different giveaway. Good luck with the giveaway and thank you for taking the time to read all this. Thank you even more if you actually do come by the stream.
tl;dr My friend Kintinue is currently holding a charity stream on Twitch. Please take a moment to check it out.

I didn't know that there's more than one testicular cancer. That's sad.
I hope your friend's fiancé get thru this s*.
Good to know that there are people who fight to spread awareness.
I'll try to stop by on your friend's twitch. Thank you for this gib and thank your friend for spread his concerns.
Edit.: 3k in 1h15m :O

the biggest problem of a cancer-free is that cancer cells rarely are erradicated completely and for good. the cancer fight is cruel... the only way to beat the remain cancer cells (wherever they are) is when the cells decides to be beaten. that's the only way to have a cancer completely gone as far as I know...

fully aware of that. and yet, think positive ;)
it's even worse, we (the healthy people) constantly have cancer that are bodies are removing... it's the unlucky ones that their body fails them you hear about

that's a nice (and true) way to see this.
totally makes sense. our body do that every single day... it is natural to the body solve these cells problems and even discard them... it does stay, in fact, when the body system can't solve the cells problems by themselves anymore.
I never thought that way and probably will never figure that out by myself...
this surely deserves a big thank you.
