My standard CHALLENGE: I will whitelist anyone who has made (public, unrestricted) giveaways at all of levels 0 thru 10.
Why do I think it's important to reward people who do giveaways across all levels? Because leveling up is a reward for doing giveaways, but that only means something if there's a variety of giveaways to enter at all levels. I reward people who reward that spirit.

Perhaps my wording is unclear. Sorry about that.
You've only done GAs at levels 0, 1 and 2 so far, so not yet. You'd have to do a giveaway at each of levels 3, 4, 5, etc up to level 10, but you can create such giveaways at any time. You are not limited to your own level and lower.

It took me a month to make (decent) GAs for levels 5-10, but I believe I have done it! Thanks for the idea - especially at higher levels, the appreciation is certainly more obvious (especially given I was only level 4).

Interesting challenge. I don't think I will take part it in though. I don't know. I mean I got the majority done but I kinda dislike creating giveaways for people who are a higher level than me. It feels weird to create giveaways that I wouldn't be able to enter myself.
