Hmmm, okay that's definitely strange then, some kind of sideeffect of them removing it for Alliance? The app itself is removed from Steam purchase so it's rather hard to check for ownership, as if DLC wasn't hard enough :/

All I wanted to know is if it was one of those soundtracks that now are able to be installed without the base game. But yes it's strange it doesn't detect there's no "missing base game". The game is normal and detectable, maybe the DLC being removed is what makes this thing.
