If you didn't receive the game, you must not mark it as received.
You can leave it unmarked as long as you want, or mark it as not received after 7 days: that won't prevent the creator from requesting deletion as long as you give your permission in a comment, but that will prevent you from risking a suspension for having a non-activated win 👀
