The same type of game as Phantasmagoria of Flower View. I didn't finish this one yet, or even play the full version since it only works on Windows 10 and newer.
I could have added the non-integer games as well, but I wasn't sure where to place them and it would have been a shame to leave them as side carts.

Well, not all of it. Of course the PC-98 games aren't there, as well as EoSD, PCB and IN. From the fighting games IaMP, Hisouten(soku), HM and ULiL also aren't on Steam.

I would say that there is a sizable portion of the Touhou fan community that haven't played the original games, but are still fans of the music and fan art.

Oh, that's just to match the official/chronological numbering of the games. The first game in this section, is the 9th touhou game, so it's in cart 2809. Now the executable of the game is always named as th[number of the game].exe, so for example this one is th19.exe and this is a bit of a stretch but touhou is sometimes shortened as 2hu and h is 8th letter in the alphabet so "28" could kinda take place of "th".
