Some people have bots entering stuff for them. I had to reroll two DLCs recently because none of my winners even owned the game. And here you have people asking if they can enter this one for the DLC even though your description says not to (and still entering).

The base game was actually given away for free before, that is why so many people ask to enter for just the DLCs. I would have entered for them if not for the clarification in the giveaway.
