It's on the FAQ and Guidelines: "Do not submit exploited games/keys (Dark Messiah of Might & Magic Multiplayer, Eets, etc.)"
Basically, there's a way to attain keys for Dark Messiah's multiplayer and Eets through an exploit. It's obviously not fair to offer those in a giveaway.

Also, is kind of an implied rule that this site is not for offering trades (even more so offering to trade exploited keys).
