Ergo, "many"- barring when it is used to addresses a dominant portion of the set [eg, 2 out of 3]- can be interpreted as "6 or more". Further, "so many" indicates that it is a property higher than "many" at the baseline, but also suggests an association to proportions rather than to base numbers.
Ergo, we can assume "so many" indicates both a higher count of many and also a majority, or a significant enough portion of users to create a firm issue. Thus, while there's some subjectivity to the intepretation, as "6-10" would likely not be considered to have meaningful impact on the whole, we can determine that isn't "so" many. By my personal interpretation (as well as consideration of the present entrant count), I'd assume "so many" to require at least a score or more affected.

I had to make the gag work somehow, and your name thankfully allowed for a ready solution. :P My post was only intended to be a response to yoko's exaggerated phrasing (and not towards the blacklisting itself, or to anyone else involved), and even there I was primarily intending it to be playfully teasing. ^.^
