Oh boy, this is a big one. Love this game, I played the hell out of it, got all trophies on PS4, played intergrade thereafter and got all trophies again. This is the real deal and Square Enix managed to really scratch that itch I had. Hope the winner will enjoy this game as much as I did because it's really worth it!

I recall there's rule "you can only gift to regions where game is cheaper or difference is less than 10%".
Assuming that's true, if you're in EU, then you should be able to gift it to everyone, as it's the nearly most expensive region for this game - only GB and CH are more expensive.
CH's only one where the difference could be over 10% so there might be restrictions there, but they have "single market" deal with EU, so it might be considered one region by Steam.

Even if you can't gift it through Steam you can always get a region-appropiate key from legitimate stores.

FF4 After Years would be appreciated too, its one of the few games in the series I haven´t played yet. But dont feel any preassure to complete the list, your contributions are awefully generous already.
