Yes, because of limitations of the Steam API, SG can't filter DLC or bundles for you. You can get some tags using ESGST to see ownership in your lists, but other than that, you need to check any DLC or bundles in your library manually before you enter GAs for them. That's the only way to ensure that you're not entering for something you already own.

But no worries...happens to all of us eventually, and then we learn how it works. :)
