Hey, not sure if you got a notification for my message this morning, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do. Sorry about this. HB haven't responded to my email but it appears to be an issue with the publisher anyway.
I can't see anything on their website either. You'd think they would at least put up a message or email me. Kinda disappointed in them tbh. No idea what to do if they are just going to stonewall us like this. I think we are just screwed.

OK, so they have responded now. Its a reasonable enough response, claiming it was a genuine error and apologising etc. I am going to send them a complaint for their lack of communication, but NOT because of the key revocation. I know it sucks, but I think it is fair enough for them to revoke if it was just a mistake that they are trying to correct. I just thought it was a 2-pack game like Frozen Synapse or those 4-pack L4D.
Anyway, I realise that doesnt help you, and I am sorry about that. I guess we chalk this one down to experience. :(

so first, sorry this had happened. the excuse about payment is bullshit because they took my money. I haven't checked if my other games bought with the save purchase have been revoked, I'll do that tonight when I am home
I have had no warning or info from HB themselves, so this is pretty poor form from them.

I figure this was like those 4pack coop games you get in steam and I've bought games that cane as a two pack from HB before without issue.

Unreceived. Deletion could work, but creator also did a successful giveaway with one of the keys, only the second keys were voided.
I think the second winner can be removed by cg, but waiting on that may take a long time.
