If they do, they will get reported and re-rolled
Winners that didn't marked as received, but still added the game on steam will be placed on black list and gets a report.
Blocking me on steam, while i am trying to contact you = added to black list.
If you haven't accepted it and the 24h has been passed. I will try to add you on steam as reminder.
If you haven't accepted it and the 48h has been passed. I will send you an email as reminder.
If you haven't accepted it and the 7 days has been passed. A new winner will be selected.
People that are going to troll and refuses to accept "mark as received" and make a big mess out of a situation. You will get reported and black listed, Including block communication on steam.

[Everything Up to and below 2P = Contribution lvl 0]
[Everything between 2P - 10P = Contribution Level 1.]
[Everything between 10P - 20P = Contribution Level 2.]
[Everything Higher than 20P for now = Contribution Level 3.]
