She wants to reserve the cart numbers 3330 and have someoen link it to 3329 when it reaches there.
But there is about 15 minutes till the end of the train, so it will be a stretch to fill the gap.

It's a tough one, but it looks like Dalilah isn't done linking her carts. We don't have enough time.
I would link the next cart to LordBaal's and then once Dalilah links all her carts we can add it to the last cart.
