I'm sorry to hear that man. Things will get better eventually. Don't look at it as an fall, look on the upside, you freed yourself of a horrible person who didn't care about you enough to even break up face to face. You are better of without them.
It probably hurts right now but the pain will eventully go away and you will be able to find someone who will truly love you.
