This is awkward, even painful to watch... Maybe (since you reported it) a mod has already explained it, but I'll go ahead.
CptGranch, you've severely misunderstood what lamusette was telling you. He wanted to give you a heads-up by saying that someone who owns the game can still enter the GA, so when it ends you should first check the winner's Steam profile, before delivering the key/gift. I'm not about to go on a rant, but I would apologize to the poor guy if I were you ;D
