I'd go Sith. Because Sith Lords are jerks and kinda evil, and I'm a jerk and kinda evil. Or maybe I'd be a bounty hunter with some Jedi powers (that was a thing in one of the many many many Star Wars comic books). I figure bounty hunter with Jedi powers would be more fun, having Sith powers would make me too much of a target and the other bounty hunter would...hunt me.
