Good idea, but I don't really see a way to check if someone owns a DLC, just the full game.

Understood. I bought the whole whistles and bells version and so perhaps because the DLC is included in that it lets me enter.

Not really your problem though and thanks for letting whoever wins it have that chance in the first place :)
