Even if it has different app ID it's still the same game. I have just meant it as a warning for those who already have it in their libraries to not enter, as it doesn't offer anything new. And I believe that winner should be someone who doesn't own the same game with just different app ID. Just my opinion, jm are free to do as they deem best.
It's still the same exact game without any added content with just different app ID and the rules say to not enter for game you already own. Also I think that support would have the last word in it.
