I would just like to say that you cannot put a requirement like that on a public level 0 giveaway. You could have made a giveaway specifically for people in that group and made a post about it on the forums though.
Anyway, according to SteamGifts' rules, anyone is allowed to enter the giveaway the way you have it set up right now. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks for making a contribution to the community though, I will not enter the giveaway to respect your wish.
