This game was on Steam before and then it was removed. Now it will be back apparently. It seems it was given a new APPID. That's why it's says not owned not the store page even though you do. Look for it in your library and you will know. I own it as well and still can enter your GA. So will anybody else. Suggest you verify the winner.
That's a good point, however, I couldn't find it on my library which is odd, but the activation says I already own it, so that must be the case. Again, thanks for the heads up and I hope other people who enter will take this comment in.
This is rather confusing. This game was removed from the steam store because the dev manipulated reviews. I've even talked with him about it.. which he didn't give 2 shits and laughed about it.
When you create a GA on SG for the game there's two listings now..
Désiré (the one removed from Steam by Valve. But sites like HB continued to sell keys) https://store.steampowered.com/app/399700/
Desire (this is the new one. The dev spelled it different so he could try and put his game back on Steam without Valve being aware) https://store.steampowered.com/app/805760/
So some keys for this game aren't going to show up properly due to this mess and might cause an issue for the winner on SG.
So the question is, when did you buy this and where?

The é makes it hard to find. Try searching for "sir" in your library.
