as I was notified its not the deluxe key from HB instead it is part of an advertising from the devs, someone noted that in the comments check it out too I guess..

ASF gives you the exact sub (package).
A game is featured in multiple subs, so if you see the game as "owned" on SteamDB (if you use the extension), then please check which of the subs are highlighted with green as well (under "Packages" tab):
