I tried sending the gift to other winners through steam and it did not work. I also written to the store i have bought the keys from with question, if they will sell it again, since i cannot find it anywhere else. They said, not likely in the near future. So I have send the ticket to support to delete the GA as other winners suggested, you are the last on that support ask for an answer.. I am really sorry and will make sure to make plenty of other giveaways to correct this unfortunate event. I apologize again.
