I tried to buy a bunch of games but my credit card is declined every time at Steamground for no apparent reason. I guess because it is Russian. :(

It seems like few countries are affected by it, might be for some security reasons.
I did get rejected sometime aswell, but I don't know how it works for you but when I pay with CC I still use a two step autentichator on the phone.
I hope they fix PP for that section soon anyway! :)

I'm in the US, our credit cards tech is ancient for the most part. It doesn't even have a chip in the card, just the magnetic stripe. :P
But previously when I tried to use it for an online purchase from another country they would send me an alert and allow me to confirm or deny the charge. At Steamground it's just declined instantly without reason and my bank account did not even show that a charge was attempted. On their site it says they use 3D-secure which my credit card does not support, maybe this is the reason ... I guess it's not so common in the US.
Too bad because there were about 40 games that I was going to buy. Lucky for me they all have a million giveaways on steamgifts right now :) thanks!

Yeah i know but i have been trying to be more careful with these but whenever there are multiple entries to same GA you cannot really control it when you are not around or sleeping to delete the other enties :\

Exactly, it's probably hard to implement but something should make you auto leave other entries for same GA if you happen to win.. Would be a neat feature because everyone is not at the PC 24/7 :)
