This edition I believe is like the GOTY version, it includes all the DLCs, including the e-book.

I can't guarantee that the key will work 100% if you already have the base game, but you're welcome to try. Theoretically it should just add the DLCs to your account. I already have it so I can't really test.

If the Steam package you are trying to activate includes at least 1 game or DLC you don't own yet, the key will get activated.

Also thanks for the chance a lot, I have not even heard of this version before =)
