Drop it like it's spooky, kids, it's that time of the year again.

Eczema Angel Orifice is a collection of weird, disturbing and award-winning interactive fiction. I've so far only played With Those We Love Alive, which was a gorgeous and brutal little thing you can play yourself for free if you'd like to sample the wares before entering.

There is this one interactive adventure game in Norwegian called Adventur Deluxe, I used to spend so many hours playing that in the early 00s. Slaughtering trolls, (unknowingly) helping hags, gather every bits and bobs in my adventure sack.

I haven't played it in a while, but I remember The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy being really good. Really good and really interesting. I think I'll play that game in a minute. For nostalgia's sake.🥰

Can't it fail you at the start? My fog-addled brain kind of remembers it doing that. That'd make it one of the only two games I know of that can fail you so early. That, and Disco Elysium.
Edit: Yeah, I just played a bit of it, and there's a bulldozer outside that full-on demolishes everything after a while. Beautiful. lmao
