Winner has marked this as "not received," I would appreciate hearing from the winner as to what the issue is. Key was purchased from Fanatical as part of a "Pick & Mix" bundle on August 17, 2022. I definitely did not use the key. Is it a region-related issue? What did the message say when Steam did not accept the key?

Winner declined to be added on Steam and has not communicated at all why game is "not received." Winner is apparently very active on Steamgifts but chooses not to communicate or allow any communication for some reason.
All 9 other keys purchased in the bundle with this one were valid, including "Iratus: Lord of the Dead" which I successfully gave away on Steamgifts. I checked my emails and I've never contacted Fanatical support about an invalid key.
