Of course first GAs with problematic games (Holodrive - EA pack) are most probably fakes, but that would be calling out. And there have been users giving away AAA titles even in their first GA.

ive seen many who say there is a chance that its an free item placed in the wrong product line since they couldent find the item listed.
which ive yet to see anyone get introuble for simply stating that it could be the free ver, and warning the person that they may get introuble, as if we dont pass on the information they might not learn, or they simply might not care sadly.
