Thanks for reaching out to Humble Bundle Support!

The keys for this game are indeed temporarily exhausted. We receive all of our keys manually in batches, and once we are able to acquire the keys we can update the download pages accordingly!

We hope to receive new keys shortly and are working to get them out to you as quickly as possible. We would recommend checking back on your download page for when those keys are restocked. I've also made sure to alert the relevant members of my team about the key exhaustion again, just to make sure we're getting those keys!
