It is actually against the rules to enter even with the giveaway creator's consent. Can still get banned.

In the FAQ, under Giveaways - "Can I enter a giveaway for a friend?" it clearly states you cannot enter for anyone else but yourself :) You risk getting yourself banned/blacklisted for not activating the giveaways you win.
