What is the reason for the regional restrictions in 243 countries? Do you know where it is forbidden?

243 regions allowed because 1 had to be excluded (China). Look at the thread linked in the GA description (the text part between the two tables), apparently there are 4 games from the bundle that cannot be activated in China.
