There is something strange going on with this in Steamgifts. This DLC name is for a different game, the newer "Guns of Icarus Alliance", not the older "Guns of Icarus Online". I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be called "Guns of Icarus Online Costume Pack", which was removed from Steam, but I have the DLC, so I can see it in my library.
Guns of Icarus Alliance came out 3 months ago. Unfortunately there appears to be 2 issues here. ITAD says that bundle came with the base game, which had been removed from SG for presumably being free, and you listed it as a DLC. Secondly, PC Zelda marked it received anyway for some thing he didn't get, also an issue for his account.
What I would do, is contact support and try to get this ga deleted.

What bundle from Humble Bundle was this apart of? I didn't find any listing where this was apart of a bundle.
